The laboratory of Cellular-Molecular Biology and Genetics was set up in 2011. In this laboratory, the courses of the Laboratory of Cellular Biology, Genetics I and Genetics II are presented. The outline of these lessons is as follows:
Research Objectives
In this laboratory, research on intracellular molecular studies is ongoing. The main focus of these studies is to investigate the level of expression in active genes, and proteins in metabolic and antioxidant pathways in animal models of cholestasis and animal models of Parkinson's disease. In parallel, tissue pathology examinations are done on the models. In near future, with the cooperation and assistance of university officials to complete the required equipment, human and animal eukaryotic cells can be cultivated in the laboratory.
